We are looking for Technical Sales Representative

Job Description

• Strategies which were implemented and contributed in increasing overall Assisted the customers in choosing the products and services according to their requirements.
• Preparing a list of prospective clients and scheduled appointments.
• Resolving all complaints and ensured that the customers are satisfied with the resolution provided
• Prepared and maintained reports of sales, stock, store expenses and other reports
• Recommend new sales plans and promotional sales.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding issues.
• Maintaining customer service database and manage customer service issue trends and overcome them.
• Coordinate directly with clients on supplying parts and pricing and even corresponded with shipping and production regarding parts expedition.
• Maintained shipments for parts and products.
• Aided to formulate documentation for installers and customers.

# Location - Mumbai. Navi Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Taloja, Delhi, Haryana & Muzaffarnager (UP).

# Education - Minimum Graduation / B.E or B. Tech will be an Advantage.

# Experience - Minimum 2 years of Experience into Field Sales & Marketing.

# CTC - Between 2 to 3 LPA.

# Age limit - Between 23 to 40.
