JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Effectively handling and resolving issues related to sub-brokers/branches/clients.
2. Ensuring timeliness in account transfer and share transfer.
3. Effectiveness in ensuring coordination with various departments.
4. Efficiency and timeliness in sorting out problems of the clients related to their trading, branch and sub-brokers.
5. Accuracy and timeliness in maintaining all records regarding addition, deletion, updation of the data related to research SMS.
6. Efficiently managing the deals with vendors.
7. Effectively handling and managing all back office related issues.
8. Effectiveness and accuracy in testing of .exe for SMCONLINE BACKOFFICE softwares.
9. Effectively provide training to the franchisee and branches regarding back office softwares.
10. Ensure timely updation of research files on website/FTP.
