Job Description
Tekla Detailer:
- Preparation of 3D models for thickener product and other industrial buildings.
- Generation of GA drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings and bom from the 3Dmodels.
- Making self-checks of the drawings generated and maintaining a record of the same for future references.
- Coordinating with other functions involved and the checking team in order to complete the activities within schedule timelines.
- In-depth knowledge of Tekla software
- Familiarity with different types of connections, materials
- Should be able to study and understand the design drawings.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with one or more international codes like American.
Tekla Modeler:
- Able to study structural drawings and be able to execute detailing projects.
- Experience in Modeling using Tekla software.
- Exposure to US Commercial Projects.
- Ability to develop shop drawing models for manufacturing structural steel.
- Capable of preparing and raising RFIs.
- Modelling with respect to structural drawing & architectural drawings (where necessary).
- Experience in Template editing and in preparation of custom components.
- Having experience in Connection applications.
- Responsible for the project along with the team leader.
- Responsible to complete the projects within target date with service quality.
- Must be having knowledge of aisc.
Tekla Checker:
- Experience in Checking GA & Assembly drawings as against contract drawings.
- Having exposure in US Commercial Projects.
- Ensure that the sheets are legible.
- Ability to identify/ finalize the RFIs along with Modelers.
- Able to mark clouds in sheets wherever needed.
- Experience in working with Tekla Software and checking the model.
- Be able to guide Modelers, Editors to achieve the desired results.
- Responsible to complete the projects within the target date with good service quality.
- Working experience with aisc
