Job Description
Position: Operator Vertical Lathe Machine
Job Profile:
- ITI with minimum 3 years of experience or non-ITI with hands-on experience of more than 8 years as Turner.
- Experience using measurement and quality control devices including gauges, micrometers, calipers and other quality inspection devices.
- Able to read and interpret blue prints and job orders
Roles & Responsibility:
- Knowledge of OD/ID Turning. Facing. Reboring.
- Job Loading / Alignment , Study drawings / blueprints.
- Use of gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Crane Operations / Lifting Techniques / Safety Inspection. Knowledge of rotating speeds, feed rates, and
- depths of cuts. In process Inspection.
