Job Description
Position: Operator Horizontal Boring
Job Profile:
- ITI with minimum 3 years of experience or non-ITI with hands-on experience of more than 8 years as Turner.
- Experience using measurement and quality control devices including gauges, micrometers, calipers and other quality inspection devices.
- Able to read and interpret blue prints and job orders
Roles & Responsibility:
- Knowledge of General milling Operations. Knowledge of Key Way Cutting.
- Knowledge of Spline machining Ext. Knowledge of Drilling / tapping.
- Knowledge of Reboring. Job Loading / Alignment. Study drawings / blueprints.
- Use of gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Crane Operations / Lifting Techniques / Safety Inspection.
- Knowledge of rotating speeds, feed rates, and depths of cuts. Knowledge of design of fixtures.
- In process Inspection.
