Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We Grasim Industries Ltd, Chemical Division flagship of ADITYA BIRLA GROUP are looking for Junior Management HR Professionals.

In order to strengthen our HR Team, we are planning to induct few fresh minds having qualification MBA in HR from your College & are passionate about working in manufacturing sector.

Freshers with no experience will be hired as Management Trainee for a Period of 1 Year & then after 1 Year based on performance review you will be confirmed as Junior Officer- HR.

Location: Nagda, Dist- Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

Job Profile: Support in driving various HR activities like Talent Staffing, Training & Development, Employee Engagement Activities, HR Operations & Estate Management

Skill/Competence Requirement: Microsoft Excel, Word & Presentation, Good Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Learning Agility, Good English Writing Skills

Salary: Based on your interview performance
