The Shift will be 24/7
This role involves providing notifications to the clients and assisting with any queries they may have.
Following a standard call flow and query handling process.
Using resources and tools will support the customer by answering questions and escalating if needed for further support.
CSRs will utilize their communication and soft skills to deliver the notifications to the clients with clarity.
They need to ensure that the notifications need to be clear and if there are any queries they need to be addressed correctly or escalated.
Note: This Opportunity is for rotational shift, Including Night shifts.
