Job Description
Consultant - MS Dynamics
In this role, you would be responsible for crafting and modifying computer programs by converting project requirements into code. Need to be a self-starter, able to work independently on a queue of assignments. . Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics Case Management solutions.
- Good experience in solution architecture.
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the account.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
- Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
- Good communication and documenting skills.
- A self-starter able to deliver timely results without undue hand-holding
- Work with project coworkers and business owners to produce results perhaps without detailed specs
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Dynamic (Case Management Tool) Functional /Technical
- Experience in A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting Module
- Should have good support experience
- Good Analytical skill and highly proactive in approach
- Ability to handle & prioritize deliverables
- Ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during client contact
- Ability to learn the Product/Platform, associated technologies, apply new processes and tools
