ResponsibilitiesAre you the one we are looking for
- Morgan Stanley - Research technology department is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a technologically advanced team, focusing on innovation and delivery of critical business solutions.
- The candidate must have good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and PL/SQL.
- The candidate should have experience on different platforms (Unix and Windows).
- The candidate should have experience in basic Unix commands and Shell scripting.
- The candidate should have experience in Java and Python programming language.
- The candidate should contribute to develop/maintain automation framework.
- The candidate should be passionate for coding and can-do attitude towards complex task.
- The candidate should have good experience in developing Testcase/Test Plan/Test Strategy.
- The candidate must have good understanding of SDLC /STLC concepts.
- The candidate must have strong communication skills and able to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Good to have experience in Jenkins and GIT.
- Good to have knowledge of AGILE methodology.
- Good to have experience in Data-warehousing project.
- Financial Domain experience will be a plus.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelors degree in technology
- Experience in Java, Selenium/ Cucumber, BDD framework
- experience in Typscript
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the SDLC/STLC, good practices and experience with different development and change management tools.
- Experience at an investment bank or other leading financial services (desirable).
- Knowledge of source code management tools such as: GIT / Perforce / VSS
- Proficient in continuous integration tools such as: Jenkins / Ant / Gradle
- Knowledge of financial services
- Knowledge of asynchronous service concepts, like MQs, Kafka
