Job Description :
Software Development Engineer Development & Verification of device drivers for automotive microcontrollers/ chip sets Areas of Responsibility: 1. Development and verification of AUTOSAR and/ or ISO26262 compliant device drivers.
a. Example : CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, GPT12, CCU6, MEM etc. peripherals of Infineons automotive microcontrollers based on TriCore architecture or equivalent
2. Review and participate in requirement analysis, elicitation and ambiguity resolution
3. Development and review of existing architecture, design specifications in development phases
4. Development and review of configuration, configuration template, module source files
5. Modification or enhancement of artefacts according to change requests, defect analysis and supporting impact analysis
6. Participate in Estimation, WBS preparation 7. Contribute towards productivity, efficiency improvement in development activities
8. Ensuring each activities to follow Infineon defined standard process, guidelines and work instructions
Specific skills:
1. Embedded system software development in C, assembly languages & SDLC
2. Good knowledge of computer architecture (16/ 32bit), the Infineons microcontrollers based on Tricore architecture and real- time systems.
3. Experience in standards such as AUTOSAR, Functional Safety - ISO26262 is desirable.
4. Acquaintance with development tool- chains such as GNU, Tasking, Windriver etc etc.
5. Good working knowledge of debuggers such as PLS, Lauterbach etc.
6. Proven ability to work with standard lab equipment - oscilloscopes, logic analysers, power benches etc.
7. Good working knowledge on build environment (mak files, linker files etc )
8. Knowledge on scripting languages like Perl, Python 9. Proficiency in using NI Labview and FPGA. 10. Experience in use of configuration management Resumes must be in wordformat mentioningyourPresentCTC, ExpectedCTC& JoiningTime,
