Post: Business Development Manager

Location: Ahmadnagar, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur,Solapur, Ratnagiri, Mumbai and Goa-Panaji.

Salary:20,000 to 35,000/Month  +Attractive Incentive + Allowances.

Education: Any Graduate

Experience:
Minimum 2-8 years experience in Sales and Marketing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Manager will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.

Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.

Appointing the advisor team who is already having an IRDA certification.

Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.

Continuously review advisor performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Obtain regular feedback and build in new ideas based on market reports.

Coordination with operations for all local support.
