Process Associate, Insurance
The function of the position is to transcribe inventories into Excel sheets while researching the Like, Kind, Quality of replacements and the understanding of product categories in a time critical manner. This position is accountable for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.
Responsibilities:
Transcribe inventories into Excel.
Research and determine Like Kind Quality replacements
Input appropriate categories, depreciation and pricing sources
Input pricing into National Vendor evaluation form
Qualifications:
Any Graduate except Technical
Relevant Key skills:
Good analytical and problem solving skills
An Employee can communicate optimally verbally and through emails with businesses
Positive demeanor with a focus on continuous operational improvement and an open mind to change
Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
Time Management and ability to complete assignments within turn around time
Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email.
The ability to utilize computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company
The ability to utilise relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation.
Technical skills:
Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets, MS word and internet from day to day operations delivery standpoint
