Salary: 1.80 L/A 2.76 L/A + Incentives

Job Description:

Have to recruit Agents
2. Build a team and Handle agents
3. Generate Business through them.
4. Train agents so that they qualify exam and get licence.
5. Promote the Insurance products
6. Co-ordination with operations for new business insurance
100 % lead will be provided
Educate the Customer about the product
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
To close the leads provided by Company
