Job Description
Senior Manager, Genome Product Owner (for Transform and Solidify)
In this role, as a product owner for Transform and Solidify you will work on building a world-class, innovative learning and development platform, interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders as well as senior leadership in the company. This is a great role to gain exposure and develop product management skills in a group with a startup mentality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a product roadmap in an agile manner
- Translate feedback into user journeys and design documents
- Translate design documents into actionable work items to be added to the product
- Work with internal development teams to build features into the product
- Senior leadership stakeholder management
- Handle and participate in design thinking workshops to understand product requirements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Experience working with engineers and designers
- Experience in Agile Product Management methodologies
- Design thinking experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to deal with an uncertain and rapidly changing environment
- Interest in innovation
Preferred qualifications
- Great attention to detail
