Urgent hiring for BFSI Sales For the Post of Team Leader
=>This is permanent job on roles of the BFSI Sales with fixed salary plus incentives.
=>Completely telephonic round, No customer Visit, No face to face interaction, No field work.

Job Designation: Team Leader Inbound
Must be Experience:
- Must have at least 2.0 to 3.0 year experience out of it 1-3 years in to pure team handling experience required with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
- Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
- Flexible to work 24/7 for male and For Females 7AM till 8PM)
- Male & Female both can apply with maximum age limit of 32 years
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing a team of 15-18 officers handling inbound calls in Credit Cards, Insurance.
- Manage Team to deliver on Quality, Call productivity, Sales, and Shrinkage as per the defined benchmarks.
- Manage Floor to monitor discipline on floor, resolve officers queries to assist customers, raise issues to respective dept. for resolution, update officers on process/product updates, workstation availability, shrinkage, etc.
- Manage escalated customer calls (complaints) with end-to-end resolution
Candidate Desire:
- Must have at least 2.0 to 4.0 year experience out of it 1-3 years in to pure team handling experience required with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
- Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
- Flexible to work 24/7 for male and For Females 7AM till 8PM)
- Leadership skills including team motivation, make team adaptable to changes, etc
- Be Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge. Possess an upbeat, positive can-do attitude & works with integrity.
- Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization. Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers.

Salary Package:
- Annual CTC of Rs 4.0 to 5.0 Lac per annum plus performance based high Incentives.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate with any stream Or
- Post Graduate with any stream.
