Planning Budgeting Forecasting- CFO EV F&PA erstwhile EPM 
Locations: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Chennai

A
CA or MBA is required
Strong functional experience is required for both Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Financial consolidation.
Candidates should have at least 2 full solution implementation experiences for both PBF and consolidation.
The candidate should have good experience of interacting with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

B
Look for technical skills (implementation of Anaplan, SAP BPC, Onestream, Hyperion planning, etc.) combined with functional skills (design of budgeting process, chart of accounts optimization, design of cost allocation process, design of consolidation, Capex, workforce, revenue planning, financial modeling experience, etc.).

Experience

• Oracle Hyperion Implementation (EPBCS, PBCS) Hyperion Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, etc
• Mandatory Technical Exposure to Oracle PBCS / EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) / Hyperion Planning. 2nd - Priority - Onestream, Anaplan, Oracle PBCS, Sap BPC, Tagetik.
• Strong Hands-on experience on data conversion tools including DIM (Informatica), FDQM, or Oracle data integrator (ODI)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Budgeting/Forecasting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis processes.
• Minimum of one Hyperion/ Planning implementation, 2-3 are preferred.
