We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Power BI developer
In this role, you are expected tointeract with multiple stakeholders to consolidate promotion plan as is. It involves interacting with brand and shopper marketing stakeholders and receive inputs from them to make changes to promotions to achieve respective targets. You will ensure clean data is received from all stakeholders or conduct data cleansing at your end, as it is further forwarded to finance stakeholders. You will find opportunities to transform the role from your side using analytics.
Responsibilities
The Role demands for a qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.
- Responsible for all reports related to customer category and will be responsible for transforming the role to improve bandwidth by reducing transactional activities and automating them
- be responsible for performing stock related changes basis standard SOPs that will be shared
- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Should consistently deliver on time with high-quality and error free reports and analysis to the clients
- Proven experience in preparing process maps, identifying opportunities within the process for improvement
- Develop proficiency in in-house tools
- Anticipate issues/conflicts and proactively escalate to immediate manager
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc
- Effective communicate in writing and verbally to senior management.
- Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.
- Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
- Ability to balance customer governance meetings
- Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
- Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
- Good people and customer handling skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
