Roles and Responsibilities
8 to 14 years in ITIL / ISO 20000 / CMMI
Good understanding of Quality / Information Security Principles, Best Practices and standards (ITIL / ISO20000 / ISO9001/ ISO 27001)
Experience in data collection, analysis, reporting and performance baselining
Mandatory - ITIL certification and implementation experience "
"Establishing and executing tactical plans for a full- scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework
Developing and implementing new or improvising standard policies, processes, procedures, work instructions etc
Coordinate Process Group meetings
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
Facilitate implementation of IT Service Management Information Security Management processes in engagements
Conduct Process Training for consultants to improve awareness on Service Quality, Information Security, Knowledge Management / reuse and to improve process adoption
Review Service management documents and advice Service Delivery Managers / Delivery Leaders of process tailoring
Attending Project Kickoff, Project Progress, Closure, Portfolio cadence Meetings.
Coordinating with Service Delivery Managers / project teams for collecting operational metrics data
Reporting service performance metrics and insights to Service Delivery Managers, Higher management and customers
Sharing best practices / lessons learnt etc.
Conducting process compliance reviews / audits to assess process effectiveness and track non-compliance issues to closure
Contributing towards Engagement success and customer satisfaction
Facilitating root cause analysis and corrective action planning"
