Job Profile:
Manage remote implementations of SAP Concur Standard Expense service and extended services for North America based clients. Manage complete implementations project lifecycle within aggressive timeframe while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality & client satisfaction. This position will be based out of SAP Concur Bangalore office and requires working hours & days aligned to support North America based clients.

In the first 12 months you will deliver:
Schedule and conduct client project calls: - Sample client calls given below, miscellaneous calls might be added
Configuration call: Review timelines and key milestones, provide consultation on set up of Expense service via the Setup Wizard, provide access to Deployment Toolkit, facilitate processing of appropriate system setup forms and address questions
Workflow call: Review submission, approval and accounting processes and Processor and Payment Manager tools
Administrative call: Review Company Card Admin & Concur Reporting tools, provide Reporting & Support registration assistance
In order to accomplish this you will need to:
- Manage multiple simultaneous implementations with timelines. Address any issues while adhering to Concur s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross-functional teams in a timely manner to ensure implementation issues are addressed early
- Handhold the clients through various stages of the project, and handoff to client support organization.
- Communicate Project status to Implementation Services Managers & Client administrators.
- Provide consultative expertise to the client, including guiding clients through key decisions and tradeoffs to maintain project scope and timeline
- Develop and maintain strong functional and technical product knowledge
- Quickly ramp-up on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation of these features for clients
- Detail all implementation activities in internal tracking tools in a timely manner, Meet or exceed deployment productivity and quality metrics

What do you need to bring
- Minimum Bachelor s degree (regular course), preferably in accounting or information systems / financial background / accounting industry background
- Minimum 5 years of work experience. Knowledge or experience on SAP Concur products preferred. Familiarity with financial, HR and payroll systems a plus
- Previous experience in a role managing projects & interacting with clients on implementations / project management
- Full life-cycle financial implementation experience preferred
- Proven ability to comfortably discuss accounting and financial concepts with clients, including executives
- Proven ability to foster internal/external relationships, overcome objections and motivate clients
- Ability to comfortably strike a conversation with clients over phone and make rapport
- Excellent organization, planning and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of software & technology, specifically around web technology, financial system integration & Excel a strong plus
Working environment (where major activities are carried out):
- Working Time US hours (Eastern Standard Time) 6 PM to 3 AM IST
