Job Description
- Finalization of accounts as per guidelines ,Finalization of Annual accounts ,External
Audits.
Preparation of Annual Budgets.
Preparing Monthly P&&L and analyzing variation with Budgets && of Previous month.
Preparation of monthly Cash flow and then analyzing with actual.
Monthly MIS with all aspects covered with Key Operational && Financial parameters with
reasons of variance and then recommendation to management for improvement.
Monitoring of all Payables && Receivables ageing.
Approving all payments as per the projections.
Preparing Quarterly Financials && Covenants for the banks.
Ensuring compliance of all Statutory matters such as GST, tax, Employment taxes,
corporate taxes, Customs and Excise duty and monthly Levies.
Control of funds, resources and activities of the company to ensure achievement of
targets measuring performance against targets and dissemination of information to
facilitate timely intervention action where necessary.
Fund Management, Debtors Management
Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives
through financial and Management information analyses, reports and
recommendation.
Review of the costing of the projects.
Oversees the fund and financial management in regards to the Banking operations of
the Company
Implementing Fiscal Closure policies and monitoring period-end procedures
Liaising with banks and other financial institutions for finance formalities and various
reports to be submitted timely for smooth conduct.
Purchase.
Stores and Stocks function.
Implementation of ERP and SAP
Build a strong finance team with defined roles for Payroll, Purchase and stocks
Receivables and Payables and other accounting activities.
Knowledge of Digital and electronic platforms.
Knowledge of Export Import policies for Export industry.
