As part of a recently announced partnership SAP and Siemens will jointly enable a true digital thread to eliminate siloes and drive digitalization to the next level. To develop an integrated end-to-end solution combining the best of Siemens Teamcenter and the SAP Digital Supply Chain portfolio, we are building up a new program team and a new engineering unit.
The Role
As a Development Manager for the Siemens / SAP Solution Portfolio and Integration you will:
- Build a high performing team concerning engineering and social aspects. This includes fostering motivation and integration of employees as well as team learning and development. Actively addresses and resolves team issues.
- Create an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Actively seeks to coach and help with personal development.
- Proactively act to understand business needs and offer solutions that align across business units.
Role Requirements
- Graduate or Master s degree in technology, computer science, or similar.
- Knowledge of PLM Product Portfolio.
- 10+ years experience in software develpment projects.
3+ years experience as development manager.
Software engineering in a team following the agile software paradigm like Scrum.
- Excellent English oral and written communication.
- Strong communicator, demonstrates intercultural sensitivity, results driven and emphasizes teamwork and collaboration.
