Job Description

We are looking for a  System Administrator with 10 to 15 years of experience.

 They should have experience on the On-premise Servers, Windows server 2008 to 2019, SQL data base, daily maintenance and management of servers for the last 3 years.

 Candidates with certification on Microsoft technologies will be preferred and should be able to speak and understand English well.

Should able manage a team and good with communication skills.

Location: Andheri SEEPZ

Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2008 to 2016.

Experience on premise servers.

Knowledge of setting metrics parameter like CPU utilization, Network IN, Network OUT, Memory Utilization, SQL DB utilization etc. Installation, maintenance, and provision of hardware and software support of data centers.

Provide live chat and remote support to end user. Perform daily checkouts of data center Handling TAPE offsiteonsite process.

Create and set up new user accounts/profile, as well as address issues with passwords

Maintain inventory of data center assets such as servers, switches and firewalls. Patching network devices as per patching sheet provided by network team.

NAS Backup.

Remote Support to end users. Maintenance Asset inventory. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.

Managing Kaspersky security center 10 Managing LTO 6 for VERITAS Backup Exec 16.

Managing Nut nix application.

Installation and Managing Manage Engine Service Desk Plus for Ticketing. Local & Remote Support to end users.

Configure VPN Access through Watch Guard Firebox M300 Firewall. Installing and maintenance server and client Machine Active Directory services (User ID creation, group policy, OU Creation)
