Job Description

• Candidate will be required to identify & appoint new agents across entire South India to run the business successfully
• Identify the training needs and implement on the job training interventions and coaching to the agencies
• Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
• Interact & coordinate frequently with the franchisee to understand various bottlenecks in reaching the target.

Candidate Profile:

• Must be a graduate with min 3yrs of experience of handling dealer or agency network.
• Experience in developing & appointing new agencies
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Having good flair of sales & marketing
