Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of MT/AM/PD/PA, RGFT Transaction Processing
Job Responsibility:
Adjustments - Creation of manual adjustments, Knowledge of check clearing process and regulations, Ability to problem seek for threshold of simple to sophisticated cases
Handle and assignment of workflow, Understanding of check clearing process and regulation
Decision making and problem solving of sophisticated cases, and Run different reports
Check Image Processing - Responsible for building and producing efficiency and detailed claims reports, Perform functions related to check processing i.e. keying, balancing, deposit adjustments, Image Quality Assurance check, Run Duplicate Detection checks
Perform sophisticated functions related to check processing i.e. keying, balancing, check adjustments, charge offs, Handle work queues based on deadlines, Creation of posting file, Run different report
Invoice Processing - Processing of items in the work queues, Balancing-ensuring what is Received has been retrieved as well or not, Creation of manual invoices based on system adjustments
Supervisor to review items of specific dollar amount, Match GL Branch
Creation of posting file
Discharges Processing - Manual Reconciliation of Debtors, Review any overpayments after reconciliations & refund processing, Working on exception items
Provide Pay or No-pay decision, Ensuring all exception items coming through are accounted for, Deletion/ Correction of Data in case of Reject correction screen
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.COM graduate from authorized university
Preferred qualifications
Any previous work experience in Account Receivables
Relevant work experience
Proficiency in Finance/Accounting
Good Typing Speed 30 words per min with 100% accuracy
Ability to read, Interpret and analyze legal language
