Inviting applications for the role of Atlassian Engineer, OperationsWe are looking for an Atlassian Upgrade specialist to help with upgrade of Atlassian product suite
ResponsibilitiesThe role should be able to handle various tasks within the program, with the following scope of work and with the underlined skill-sets.
Upgrade QA environment with the latest versions of Confluence, JIRA, Fisheye/Crucible, VisualSVN
Refresh QA environment with data from PROD: Copy Files Storage from PROD and work with the DBA team as needed to refresh the QA DB.
Conduct Software Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) base on scripts provide by GEH
Assist as needed on the execution of the Application Security Assessment, remediate all moderate, high and critical findings.
Upgrade PROD environment with the latest versions of Confluence, JIRA, Fisheye/Crucible, VisualSVN.
Backup PROD environment prior to the Upgrade: Files Storage and Config Files. Request DBA team to back up the DB.
Skills Required:Upgrade experience with Confluence, JIRA, Fisheye/Crucible and VisualSVN server to the latest version available.

- Fisheye/Crucible 4.7.0
- VisualSVN 3.9.4
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong in understanding Atlassian product suite product and upgrade experience
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
