Inviting applications for the role of Voce, Operations

Responsibilities
  • The candidate should be hardcore 24X7 NOC experience
  • Front-end face for Genpact Network Team while participating in internal P1/P2 Incident resolution bridge call
  • Monitoring of NMS alert/events and acting proactively to close this respective tickets
  • Working on Remedy Tickets/Tasks based on business need
  • Work with different Vendors and service Provider for faster and accurate resolution
  • Identifying open risk in the production network and provide input for mitigation
  • Detailing all Changes done in production environment through Change Management process
  • Global customer interaction is one of the key expectation from candidate
  • The candidate should have experience in corporate LAN & WAN infra
  • Candidate should be very strong in written & verbal communication
  • Hands-on experience on Cisco Routers (ASR/ISR Series) and Switches (6500/4500/3850 Model)
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • CCNA (Must)
  • Having working experience in NOC

Preferred qualification

Customer management, Team management, Good Interpersonal and Communication skills, Detail Oriented, Problem solving and Analytical ability, Reasoning skills, Work Under Stress in multiple time zones
