Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for meeting the targets of Online/Offline Demat and Trading account in various segments.
- To accomplish his Account opening targets and meeting targets set by the superiors.
- Generating leads through cold calling.
- Analyzing & increasing the client database and finding out the potential Clients.
- Collection of Margins from the Clients.
- Self analyzing the market as well as compiling the data received from the Research Analysis Team and updating the Customers accordingly.
- Preparing a daily MIS of number of calls made and meetings conduct and sending them to the sales manager as well as Business Head in CRM.
- Looking into the avenues for tapping bulk accounts.
- Identifying the non-trading accounts and push them for trading.
- Providing better services to the Clients and request them for references.
- Ability to influence prospective Clients and convert leads into Sales as well as convincing them to invest more.
- Visiting Bank branches assigned.
- Maintaining cordial relations with the Bank staff
- Acquiring more and more Clients with high net worth for getting increased revenues.
- Looking into corporate deals and finding out more mass attraction avenues.
- To enhance profitability of the business by ensuring cross selling of other products of the organization like Mutual fund SIP, My Com/My Stock SIP etc
