Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Meeting customers at the branch and take the complete loan file.
Arrange the file as per bank norms and submit the file to processing centre
Help moving the file faster within processing centre by co-ordinating on the file deficiencies and regular follow-up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of collateral loan documentation (esp. Home loans) is preferred.
- - Assisting credit hub through timely resolution of raised queries and sharing of information requested.
  - Attending all loan enquiries for credit.
  - Assist Accounts Incharge for any queries related to cheque processing for loan accounts and passing vouchers.
  - - Generate Leads From Builder and Other Sources.
    - Assisting Team Manager in developing Tie Ups with Builders.
    - Any Other task assigned from time to time by his team leader
