Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Atlassian Administrator
In this role, you will be responsible as Atlassian Administrator to perform Administration and support of Atlassian product suite and related DevOps tool Stack products.
Responsibilities
- Administration for Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Bamboo, Fisheye
- Work on integration of Jira with other Atlassian tools and support Agile projects in Jira.
- Customize JIRA workflow, Issue, fields and screen schemes.
- Patching support for Atlassian applications
- RedHat Linux system Administration and network troubleshooting.
- Installation, setup, maintenance, Upgrade, backup & recovery on linux server applications.
- Upgrade Atlassian product suite to latest versions
- Work on integration of Jira with other Atlassian tools and support Agile projects in Jira.
Skills Required
- Good experience in Linux system Administration and network troubleshooting.
- Administrator for Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Bamboo, Fisheye
- Customize JIRA workflow, Issue, fields and screen schemes.
- Shell Scripting, troubleshooting in RedHat environment
- Migration support for Atlasisan applications from internal data center to AWS.
- Upgrade Atlassian product suite to latest versions
- Hosting applications environments includes Apache Tomcat, Apache (reverse proxy),
- Knowledge of Haproxy (Load balancer) and Nginx.
- Basic understanding of Database concepts & SQL queries.
- Monitoring tools New Relic
- Working knowledge of HAProxy/NGINX knowledge.
- Experience on QTest - Application Support
- ITIL process/Incident Management support using Service Now
- Understanding of AWS services. (good to have)
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- B.E. Computer Science / MCA
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Atlassian Administration
- Good experience in RedHat Linux system Administration/ network troubleshooting & Shell scripting skills.
