Job Description
SM, Digital Implementation - High Radius
Seeking a hardworking, motivated individual who can excel in fast-growing environment. The Implementation Manager role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development.
ResponsibilitiesLead implementation projects and be completely accountable for all aspects.
Develop and review project plan, landmarks, and delivery.
Interact with project partners and handle expectations
Preparation of Functional requirement document and closure with all partners
Ensure application documentation is as per standard
Suggest improvements in system development
Provide guidance to technical leads and developers
Team handling and issue resolution
Qualification we seek in youMinimum qualifications
Relevant experience in F&A domain
Exposure to High Radius tool
Customer Interaction Skills
Must have domain and operations experience in OTC domain
Excellent MS office skills
Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP
- Good verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree
