Familiarity with Cloud and datacentre set up
Strong documentation skills
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and Services
Deep knowledge in ServiceNow ITOM portfolio
Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery
Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
Strong hands-on experience with scripting using JavaScript

Education and Experience
B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (preferred)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred)"""

• Guide customer configuration/implementations of the ServiceNow ITOM Platform
• Strong hands-on experience in optimizing discovery, tailoring patterns and development
• Practitioner with experience in driving business process automation using ServiceNow workflows within a complex corporate environment
• Code and develop customized patterns, probes and sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping
• Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping projects involving a variety of enterprise and open-source application server, database, network and operating systems
