Job Description
Job Title: Team Lead/RM/AM-IT/Non-IT
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad(Prefer)/ Bengaluru/Noida
Shift Hours: Night Shift
Duration - Full Time/ Permanent
We are actively seeking experienced Team Lead/RM/AM-IT/Non-IT to join our successful US Recruiting team in Hyderabad(Prefer)/Bengaluru/Noida location. The below mentioned requirement might be a perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 4-5 recruiters and responsible for the weekly/monthly/Quarterly performance along with individual contribution.
- Helping team associates to understand the job description, search string, doing STP of their candidates prior to submittal in the client system, interview schedule, and offer closing and handling escalation if there is any.
- Lead recruiters also communicate with managers regularly to determine preferences and needed changes for recruiting.
- Create and foster relationships with division resources to expand or modify services to support growth and efficiency.
- Plays a leadership role in driving initiatives including elevation resolution and conducting customer feedback calls.
- Responsible for regular quality monitoring of the front-line team to ensure adherence to customer service expectations.
- Continually assesses existing programs, and develops new initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Actively identifies opportunities for educating the team.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Required:
- The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.
- Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
- 6-7 years of US staffing experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in team management.
- Required stable job history
- Only direct clients experience considered
Required:
Bachelors Degree in any stream
