Roles and Responsibilities
Delivery Assurance (Focus- Engineering and code quality, Release quality, delivery predictability)
- Delivery prediction & Risk assessment.
- Hands on experience in various dev method like waterfall, Agile, L1/L2 projects.
- Conducting delivery audit.
- Delivery estimation verification and validation.
- Ensured right code quality and engineering practices implementation.
- Quality gates implementation at various stages of deployment cycle.
- NFR strategy as per client contract.
- Support pre-sales in estimation, identifying early delivery risk, recommending development method (SCRUM, Kanban, waterfall) etc.
- Able to setup Agile metrics dashboard in various Agile tools.
- Good understanding of shift left and test automation technique like sonar, TDD, n Unit, performance etc.
Skill Set: Experienced senior project manager/ Program manager/ Technical Project manager willing to work in Quality
