JOB DETAILS:
Position: Product Support Lead, Digital Strategy
Location: Chennai/Bengaluru/Coimbatore
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Position Summary:
In this Product Analyst / Lead role you will help lead Management of various Digital Omni capabilities working closely with Product Manager onshore lead - using product management and agile processes. Expected to drive a culture of Digital transformation and agility, delivering value for our consumers and business. A key function of this role would be to support on going Products capabilities that are currently live in Production and used by Millions of users. Collaborating with key stakeholders, working closely with Technology & Experience teams, as an agile team member will be accountable for day to day product management, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements/epics, stories, scrums, scoring and prioritizing backlog, testing, working with designers and - user acceptance and testing of features and post production operations management.
