Your Role and Responsibilities

Who you are :
You leverage Design thinking and garage methods to identify
automation opportunities and co-create solutions that leverage IBM
offerings
You help automate and digitize business processes of our clients,
thereby improving process efficiency and client user experience
What you will do
Work with business users, developers and solution architects to
automate workflows
Leverages AI technologies to drive autonomous decision making and
continuous process improvements within workflow
Perform implementation ,user stories as developed through design
meetings and discovery workshops
You will bring new automation opportunities to clients, using industry
use cases and learnings from other engagements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in automation
Hands on experience with automation technologies including
workflow tools, AI ,RPA and NLP
Ability to write automation scripts in Python, Bash etc
Technical understanding, development experience or
certification in automation tool (AWS SWF,K2,UIPath,Mulesoft
and Watson experience)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Deep understanding of IBM automation offerings in both
services and technology (e.g. CloudPaks for automation,
Intelligent Workflows, etc)

Preferred Education Masters Degree
