    Looking after documentation for visa process in all the levels.
   Quick response of Clients mails & Calls.
   Understanding requirement of the clients
   Follow the company rules and regulation.
   Expertise knowledge on Visa application for various countries.
   Interacting with the client regarding necessary documents for processing.
   Daily follow-up with the clients.
   Update your knowledge on daily basis.
   Work on Strong consultative, listening, & leadership skills updated with latest Process & Procedures.
   Work on excellent verbal and written communication.
   Giving online support to the clients and responding to their queries in live support.
   Receiving incoming calls from the Clients and providing the required information.
   Interacting with clients on daily basis and understanding their queries and giving solutions.
   Extensive experience in serving clients, both in-person and by telephone.
   Develop superior communication skills in dealing with clients and team mate.
   Develop Smart and Confident with Positive attitude.
   Handling visa application with appropriate timings.
   Attending clients queries through phone & e-mail.
   Maintain your daily presence in office
