-Excellent Communication Skills required.

- Experience in Direct Travel Industry (US/UK Market) of 1-3 yrs

- Attending inbound travel related queries & converting sale for Flight Reservation through calls

- Make professional, correct, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing
exceptional Customer Service.

- Amending and cancelling flights, processing refunds, re- pricing, making new reservations.
- Expert in handling Airline Calls and online Queries.

- Ability to understand/ comprehend the customers requirements and respond tactically.
