 Should have good communication skill

 Sound knowledge of computers

 Site handling, supervising, visit and estimate of site and reporting to management

 Coordination with clients and vendor, labour management

 Billing, BOQ, Site masurement

 Site Supervision, site handling, vendor management

 Site finalization
