Designation: Sales manager

Package: up to 3.5 lakhs +incentives

Experience: 2 + years of experience in Sales or marketing.

Roles and responsibilities:

Recruiting a team of financial advisor on commission basis generate the business through them.

Company will provide training to you and your advisors.

If you didn't get any business in a particular month that month they consider ZERO month.
