Hi,

We are hiring for Travelling Industry,

Travelling Jobs Recruitment Notification 2021. Our Partner Company is inviting applications for the positions of Assistant Manager, Officer & Other Posts. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Post and Vacancies: -

Jobs Profile: -

Ground Support: - Making reservations, Selling tickets, Bag Check-in support, providing information to passengers & Front Desk.

Backend Support :- Data entry, Maintaining the relevant data, Accountancy work, Back office support, Minor technical support.

Educational Qualification & Age Limitation:-

Age: Between 18 and 45 years

Weight: In Proportion to height
Educational Qualification: HSC (10+2) & above

Salary Known: 24k to 45k (Negotiation)

Experience:-

Experience: Fresher To Experience
Physical features: Pleasing personality, affluent looks and good body language.
Marital Status: Unmarried and Married Both.
Language skills: Fluency in English or Hindi for all above Job Profile
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. + Regional language
Confidence and ability to handle passengers and provide only the best customer service.
Open to relocate to any part of the country.

Job Description:-


Good knowledge & experience in Galileo & Amadeus.
To make reservation on CRS.
To make hotel bookings and packages through B2B agents.
Checking fares and making itineraries

Job Responsibilities:-

Should have Understanding of Travelling/Travelling/Travel industry.
Should have knowledge of Travel B2B market or any of Travelling.
You will be team member of Fare Hawker Group Desk, will responsible for handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International).
Will need to action group queries by coordinating with concern senior person.
Will need to talk to travel agents/ B2C & understand their requirement about group booking & try to match budget for group confirmation.
Will need to reply Flight and Fare Inquiries emails.
Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds/re-booking of tickets.
Handling Travelling ticket booking mails from both internal & external customers.
Handling cases (Query / Request / Complaint / Appreciations).
Dealing with various internal departments/ Travelling.
Offering alternative flight & fare solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business.
Communicating with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency writing/grammar and hence are able to write concise and clear emails and letters.
Making recommendations according to customer need and complaints.
Maintaining reports in excel.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
