Job Description

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and / or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Total exp of over 10 years with at least 6 yrs in Property and Casualty insurance, along with good experience in Guidewire Policy Center and Java
- Java coding experience for atleast 2 years in development project
- Working knowledge of SOAP / REST web service
- Should be able to explain how to create / consume the web services in Java
- Understanding of XML , XSD
- Basic working knowledge of database SQL queries.
- Should be able to adapt in Agile Delivery. Previous Agile delivery experience is favourable
- Should understand UML diagrams (Class diagrams , Sequence diagrams)
- Eager to learn and adapt to new Platform (Guidewire)
- Should have good communication skills
