Job Description
Person profile will be as follows:
8 10 years of sales experience out of which 2 to 3 years experiencein FOS sales
Necessary B2C experience.
Past experience with a reputed brands (no 2/3 market share companies)
Qualification Graduate /Post Graduate
Key deliverables:
Delivering on sales KPIs viz. Primary and secondary sales, repeat purchase, distributor stock management.
Close coordination of sales and marketing activities during pilot.
New Distributor appointment and performance management.
Retailer management and stock placement. (width and depth of distribution)
Effective communication, implementation of trade schemes and timely claim reimbursement to distributors & retailers.
Gate to gate working with distributor FOSs, training the FOSs.
Effective beat designing for the FOSs and ensuring servicing to all A,B,C,D,E class retailers with defined frequency and permanent journey plan
Timely feedback on competitive activities.
Close coordination with marketing for research activities if any.
Travelling to all the territories with a predefined frequency and market reports.
