Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an experienced Back Office Executive to join our busy Back Office team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be reporting to the Back Office Manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.

    To ensure success as a Back Office Executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top-class Back Office Executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the Front Office team.

    Back Office Executive Responsibilities:

    • Performing market research.
    • Gathering and processing research data.
    • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
    • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
    • Assisting the Front Office team.
    • Assisting with inventory control.
    • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
    • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
    • Assisting and supporting management.
    • We are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.

      To ensure success, Accountants should be prompt, honest detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers.

      Accountant Responsibilities:

      • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
      • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
      • Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
      • Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
      • Maintaining accurate financial records.
      • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
      • Computing taxes.
      • Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
      • Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
