Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- AI/ML Developer with PythonIn this role, you are expected to be responsible for building and visualizing various offerings as requested by the clients on a regular basis. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement. The Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors. You will have an opportunity to work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.
Responsibilities- Hands-on work and delivery of Advanced analytics/ML/AI projects
- Strong Analytical, Problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Excellent knowledge in statistical techniques such and advanced machine learning algorithms- Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Clustering, Time Series, Ensemble Learning, Recommendation engine, Neural Network, NLP
- Good understanding in Large scale distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Good understanding of machine learning tools or Frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, Pytorch
- Good Knowledge in Deep Learning Algorithms such as CNN, RNN, LSTM & Transformers
- Hands-on coding experience with Python
- Understanding business objectives and developing AI models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
- Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
- Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world
- Defining AI Model validation strategies
- Defining the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
- Defining data augmentation pipelines
- Training models and tuning their hyper-parameters
- Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
- Deployment of AI model to production at scale
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have AI/ML work experience, python coding skills
- Handle client interaction and documentation
- Effective communicate in writing and verbally to senior management and client governance meetings
- Experience in balancing client facing role and work assessments
- Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
- Experience in AI/ML Engineer with Python will be preferred
- Good conceptual knowledge and experience with visualizing data will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Pyspark and Parallel Programming would be added advantage
- Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
- Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers
