Direct & Indirect Procurement (Both Experience Required)

Job Role:
Product Procurement (Direct & Indirect)
A. Direct Procurement:
Procurement of Thermocol, Edge Protectors, Guard Films, Kneels, Rivets, Tapes, Packing Papers, Pat Strap, Dunnage Bags, Carton Box, Corners on day to day basis.
B. Indirect Procurement:
- MRO/OPEX Procurement : Procurement of plant consumables like pulley, V-belt, bearings, Couplings, bush, housing and spares like blower , motor , fan etc. and maintaining its minimum inventory level by min-max system.
- Admin/HR Procurement: Construction of Product Experience Centre, Manpower Sourcing, Employee Rewards, Company Transportation, etc.
- Marcom Procurement: Procurement of Standees, Danglers, Badges, Product Catalogues, Brochures, Hoardings, Signage, LED Video Walls, Leaflets, Scratch Cards, Schemes etc.
- Project Procurement: Procurement as per specific projects.
- Logistics & Transportation: Empanel potential transporter and courier agencies to deliver material at different locations.
Contract Management:
- Managing employee oriented contracts like group insurance, Health & term Insurance, manpower sourcing, local logistics contract with transporter and courier agencies,
- Re-negotiate ongoing contracts for exceptional terms & conditions.
- Strengthen SLAs and supplier performance matrix for better contractual support.
Vendor Management & Evaluation:
- Qualify & approve all local suppliers and those new and/or existing suppliers belonging the purchasing ownership and coverage & Supplier Rating.
- Managing inventory of recurring items by applying FIFO method.
- Consolidate local supplier base and develop where relevant alternative sources ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods or services, delivered in a cost effective and quality manner.
- Ensuring best quality goods and services at most competitive services. Regular feedback to suppliers.
- Maintaining different purchase MIS on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
