SUMMARY
We at S/4 PMCIE organization, part of the IEG board area cater one of the major focus industries like Discrete Industries with a broad portfolio of SAP products in consumable sizes and thus shorten the time-to-value for our customers
Role
- Understand the needs of our co-innovation customers, transform them into innovative concepts for products and play a hands-on role in shaping the product
- Understand the requirements of different applications within Discrete Industries (DI), especially Automotive and help shape the architecture and provide the technology basis for SAP Cloud applications
- Propose optimal usage of emerging technologies in Java, java script, Database and in-depth detailing on these technologies.
- Contribute to the aligned and consistent design and/or architecture of different applications of DI
- Evaluates architecture risks and contributes to effort estimation and Identifies reuse of software parts.
- Drives alignment of designs in accordance with the defined architecture (Architecture Concept Document, Guidelines, Standards)
- Collaborates with the developers/architects and contributes to all tasks of implementation team
- Supports product owner by ensuring architecture feasibility, readiness and compliance
- Coaches and consults the teams on software engineering aspects
- Identifies improvements and innovations in development processes.
Role Requirements
- Major educational qualifications (Engineering majors, MCA from reputed institutes) with 12 + years of relevant experience.
- Strong programming Experience in being part of large-scale software development projects distributed across geographical locations with a must have SAP technology experience in multiple business and technical processes.
- Established role of a Technical Architect, with a strong technical background and a track record of individual technical accomplishments
- Sound knowledge in OOPS, Design Patterns, Software Architecture in JAVA,UI5 and Web Technologies, DB models, DevOps (CI/CD, Cloud Ops), agile development concepts.
- Excellent analytical ability and communication skills with a strong sense of commitment
