Inviting applications for the role of Process Associates Accounts Receivable (Global Entities)
We are looking for Fresher graduates to pst cash to customer account accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely posting.
Responsibilities
Review and perform cash posting basis on payment received from customer in to the bank account.
Articulate and demonstrate basic Accounts receivable process concepts
Able to understand the nuances of Global AR aspects
Resolve all customer queries and requests coming via e-mails.
Review and validate basic essentials of Account receivable like bank statements of different accounts, matching of payment with invoice, customer details, invoice number, accounting date etc.
Ensure daily targets are met with agreed accuracy percentage.
Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.
Enforce the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
Perform daily internal audit to ensure all cash postings are balanced as per the guidelines
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
Decent English language skills (verbal and written)
Fair Knowledge of accounts receivable. Should know basics.
Good reasoning and Problem solving ability.
Self-motivated.
Flexible with 24*7 shifts.
