Opening for TeleSales Executive for well known MNC

Location : Khar Road
Experience : Min 1 year of exp in Telesales/TeleMarketing/Inbound Sales/Customer Sales
Qualification : BCOM or Equivalent
Salary : 20k - 25k p.m

Job Description :

• To connect around 90 to 100 customer leads on daily basis
• Monitoring and Follow-ups for New Client Acquisition
• Arranging Demos and Converting demos to Enrollments
• Resolving Customer Queries
• Maintaining proper records of calls made, demos arranged,conversions done and managing the CRM
• Working towards achieving the target numbers given month on month
• Lead generation and exploring new business opportunities across business verticals

Additional Note :

• Candidate must have 1 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Sales, B2C
• Candidate must have excellent english communication
