Job Description

We're looking for a sales and operations engineer for our factory in Noida.

- You will handle quotes, contracts, and pipeline performance.
- Analysing and improving the lead to closure conversion rate while reducing sales cycle.
- Plan, organise manage and run the day to day operations.
- Receive phone calls and assist clients in sales and after sales.
- Prepare quotes and send by email to clients.
- Follow up on the quotes sent.
- Enter the orders received in SAP.
- Coordinate with purchase / production to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Planning and Coordination with the site teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Followup with clients and ensuring collection of payments on time.
- Attend to customers visiting the factory showroom.
- Managing the showroom display.
