Come, be a part of our exciting journeyAre you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Consolidation Prior experience of consolidation, fixed assets, accounting and closing & reporting Responsibilities
  • Proficient with consolidation requirements of multiple subsidiaries across the globe
  • Technical knowledge of relevant accounting standard/ principles of consolidation
  • Ability to manage multiple partners including external team
  • Build and supervise a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of FA
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
  • Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
  • Ensuring all the SOX controls are in place.
  • Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
  • Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors with their queries
  • Experience of working on HFM will be an added advantage. Oracle knowledge is a must.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in Excel, Word and MS Office
